Private swaps for coins

In as one coin, out as another.

Send a Pons coin from one wallet and receive a different coin in another. Both sides pass through a shared vault on Robinhood Chain, so nothing on chain connects the two wallets.

What happens to your coins

Figures follow the live Pons curves and pools, price impact and fees included. The real fill can differ slightly.

    Guarantees

Enforced by the Wash vault contract …. None of these depend on the operator.

    1. Tokens leave only against a position in a signed root, once, and only to the address that position's own key signed for.
    2. The roots can never promise more tokens than the vault holds.
    3. If a deposit is not credited within 24 hours, the wallet that made it can take it back.
    4. If the operator posts nothing for 48 hours, anyone can freeze the vault. Every position can then be withdrawn with its recovery code and a proof.

    The operator

One party runs the batches today. It signs every new root, so you trust it to move balances only as their keys instruct. For a swap, it also receives that swap's one-time keys and the recipient address in a sealed note. The chain never sees that link, but the operator does.

Handing over the keys adds no new power: an operator willing to cheat could already do it through the roots it signs. What it adds is that your swap finishes without you keeping a tab open.

    FAQ

    Is this a mixer?

It is a shared vault that trades. Everyone's coins sit in one contract and positions are held by one-time keys, so a deposit and a payout are not visibly connected. It only holds ETH and listed Pons coins, and every trade settles on the coin's own public Pons curve or Uniswap v4 pool.

    Which coins can I swap?

ETH and any Pons coin paired with ETH. The vault starts with the ten coins that have the deepest pools, and anyone can list another one from the coin picker by pasting its address. Coins route through ETH, so coin to coin is two trades inside the vault. Picking the same coin on both sides sends it privately without trading.

    What does it cost?

Wash charges no fee. You pay gas for your own deposit. Trades pay the coin's normal Pons fee, 1% plus whatever creator tax that coin has, but only on the part that is not matched against other users inside the vault. The operator pays gas for every batch, including your payout.

How long does a swap take?

Each step waits for the next batch, and batches run a few minutes apart while there is work. Coin to coin takes four batches, three if one side is ETH, and two for a private send.

What if the price moves before it fills?

Before each trade the operator checks that the market still pays your minimum. If it does not, the swap waits. After six hours, whatever it holds at that point goes to your refund address.

What if a coin sells out its curve mid-swap?

A Pons coin that finishes its curve pauses until its Uniswap pool opens. Swaps that need it wait for the pool and then carry on. If that takes past the six hours, whatever the swap holds goes to your refund address.

What if I lose my recovery code?

The swap still finishes, because the operator holds its keys. You just cannot follow it here or withdraw it yourself. Codes stay in this browser until you clear its storage.
